Maza Cafe is a Mediterranean cafe in West Village , New York, which opened recently. It is specialized in Mediterranean foods specially Greek items  such as pastries and an extensive yogurt menu.

The design is by Greek architect Eleftherios Ambatzis who used Greek elements as much as possible such as the Hestia, which is the center of the ancient Greek home, around which he designed the main theme of Maza.

$80 Million Penthouse Overlooking Manhattan | Luxury Residences

Images of the $80 million penthouse located at 432 Park Avenue in a a 96-story condominium building in midtown Manhattan have been revealed. The value of the penthouse is definitely mainly because of the breathtaking   panoramic views of New York, visible from every corner.

The interior was designed by  Deborah Berke, and includes out of the ordinary amenities such as  temperature-controlled wine cellars, an outdoor terrace, and a massage room.

After selling her previous house, Heidi Klum has been reportedly looking for a new one. She has been checking Jon Bon Jovi’s $37.5 million Soho penthouse, but we still don’t know if she has the made the decision to purchase it.

The space is beyond lovely, exquisite finishing and materials, lovely terraces, and an amazing view of lower Manhattan. If that’s her budget, I don’t see why she should look anywhere else. On the plus said, it is owned by my favorite singer of all time! *sigh*

The New Balenciaga Flagship Boutique in New York | Retail Design

To create Balenciaga’s new Manhattan flagship , brand creative director Alexander Wang, who was appointed as artistic director only a year ago, collaborated with interior designer Ryan Korban.

The boutique is characterized by its large area, high ceilings, and deep green Verde Ramegiatto  covering 5400 sq.ft of the space.

“This color green was the very first thing I thought of when I started thinking about the store. It’s regal and aristocratic but also not so obvious.” said Wang.  Shelves are a rich green similar to the marble, but covered in soft suede. The polished limestone-and-marble floor add to the luxurious yet real nature of the space.
