This home in  Clerkenwell, London has been transformed into a garden like space with a door painted in green and indicating the Pantone color swatch card in ‘greenery’, the indoor greenhouse  doubles as a dining room and a tent for children to sleep in. ‘Generator’ is Europe’s fastest growing hostel brand, its properties are known for offering residents cutting-edge design, central locations, creative events, locally-inspired menus and wide range of room options. The latest hostel offering, Generator Paris was announced winner in the Guestrooms/Suites (midscale/economy) category in the 11th Hospitality Design Awards ceremony that took place in New York.

Located in the 10th Arrondissement, Paris’ trendiest district, Generator Paris opened its doors in February 2015. The property features all the classic Generator public spaces with a local touch and interiors created by global design partners DesignAgency under Anwar Mekhayech’s direction.

The airy reception is adorned with bespoke vintage style signage, petrified moss plant “G” sculpture, lounge seating by local industrial designer Romain Guillet and a Mondrian-inspired reception desk. Pass the lift lobby and the covered outdoor passage, a metal and wood staircase shapes the 3 floor space. The downstairs bar is inspired by the Metro and features original tiling in the dance floor area. Up a level is the spacious Café Fabien that acts as an all day brasserie with ample seating area and a garden facing conservatory. The Morocco infused mezzanine area occupies the third level, anchored by custom wood pallet and Kilim sectionals facing the mural by Dutch, living-in-Paris artist CEIZER.

liza-beirut-restaurant-03.jpg

Liza Asseily is an already popular Lebanese restaurateur in Paris, recently she opened ‘Liza a Beirut’, an upscale Mediterranan restaurant in the heart of Beirut, particularly in Ashrafieh. The restaurant is located in the second floor of the Abdallah Bustros Palace. This beautiful place explicitly shows the true nature of Beirut and its histrory, it was designed by Maria Ousseimi who commissioned the custom wallpaper to Arjumand. The old 10 Lira currency, is the most prominent wallcovering which I am sure will bring smiles to faces of people from my generation and older. This restaurant has been featured on popular design magazine websites such as Architectural Digest and Wallpaper*.

Veer Lebanon Boutique Hotel and Resort | Travel

Our anniversary is coming! My friend told me that they celebrated their anniversary to a Boutique hotel in Flagstaff Arizona. We did the same. This summer my husband and I decided to go to Veer Boutique Hotel in Kaslik, Lebanon for a couple of days for our anniversary. I made the booking through booking.com after checking out the great reviews. The resort opened last summer but I had no idea there was a hotel there.
The hotel has a separate entrance than the pool area but you still need to pass through the poolside to reach the hotel rooms. The image above is of the private villas which also have a see-through private pool.

Aman Resort In Venice Furnished By BeB Italia | Hotel Design

The Aman Hotel in Venice is considered one of the most prestigious and well designed hotels of the past year. One of the great choices by the designer was to make use of the Maxalto collection from B&B Italia, creating a beautiful contrast to a very classical interior. The transition between the different eras is very seamless, keeping the design timeless. The main furniture pieces were from the Febo line, which is of a very smooth and contemporary design.
