This beautiful project was completed back in 2006 by Brazilian architects Guilherme Torres for a Brazilian family. The whole concept was based on 4 cubes, creating a beautiful volume, and the use of natural and warm textures and materials that would constitute a beautiful part of the area where the house is situated.
Materials the architects focused on were stone and wood, and that’s what gave the house the charm it has.

Patrick Dempsey, the famous actor from Grey’s Anatomy, and his wife, were looking for a nice home with a little land and a house with some architectural significance. The place they finally decided on was a charming simple house originally designed by non other than famous architect Frank Gehry back in 1968 before he became one of the iconic architects of our time.

The arts and residence Casa do Conto (House of Tales) is a charming building in the emerging Cedofeita area in central Porto. It is the result of a restoration project to convert a 19th-century bourgeois home to host demanding and discerning guests in an atmosphere of striking cultural imagery. An innovative project which could only have been possible in the urban setting of a city.

The Black Desert House was created by Marc Atlan Design and Oller & Pejic Architects for the main purpose of renting out, whether for photo shoots, videos, or filming yet being totally livable with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and carport. The space also provides privacy for those filming in the area. The house enjoys breathtaking views and is only a 30 minute drive from Palm Springs.

At many times there are spaces that grab our attention even though they might not be always feasible . This beautiful house in lake Como was recently renovated, the location, scenery, the existing stone in the house all create the charm it imposes. The fact that this place has most amenities you could wish for in our modern day, makes it even lovelier.

Bought by Estée Lauder and her husband in 1961, their 6 bedroom Mediterranean villa in Cannes is now on the market for €9.85million after it was bought & restored by Claudia Kempen in 2011. The villa has three reception rooms, a heated pool, an outdoor entertaining space and ‘panoramic sea views from every level’. The manor is also where Lauder reportedly developed one of her most popular fragrances, ‘Beautiful’.
